Choose Your Venue

Event space on campus is reserved through our 25Live online booking system. Not sure what space is available? UAA's Event Services website shows options for auditoriums, classrooms and conference rooms, along with set up, capacity and pricing for each space. Our Student Union Den, cafeteria and conference rooms are also available for groups and can be booked through the Student Union Reservations and Information website

  • UAA employees should book space directly in the 25Live system.
  • All other groups can complete the space request form on either the Event Services or Student Union websites or contact either of them directly to assist with your reservation.

TIPS--Add the UAA Master Calendar as a resource in 25Live to ensure your event is seen by as many people as possible. Have your event name, date/time, estimated number of attendees and a brief description ready as you'll need that information to complete our form.

Food and BeverageVarsity Sports Grill Luncheon Event

Seawolf Catering is the exclusive provider for food and beverage on campus. Please review their menus and contact them directly to create an event order. A $700 minimum is required for them to cater (deliver/setup) your event. If you anticipate spending less than $700 on food and beverage, you can self-cater (bring in food from off campus).

  • If you would like to serve beer and/or wine at your event, bartenders can be contracted through Seawolf Catering. You must also submit a for review and approval (form updated July 2024).

Work with University Marketing & Communications to spread the word about your event in Seawolf Daily and Seawolf Students. Collaborate with other campus groups to cross-promote your event or schedule around one of UAA's existing Campus Traditions.

UAA employees should coordinate with Shared Services to ensure vendor payments are processed seamlessly (complete Representational Expense Allowance Forms and Short Form Contracts for performers as needed).

TIP--UAA's Fine Arts program and Concert Board can recommend student musical performers or groups who may be available for your events.
