The UAA Department of Human Services has developed an online resource guide to inform educators and professionals about domestic violence and sexual assault in Â鶹ÎÞÂë°æ. We invite all teachers, students, human service/direct service workers, as well as all Â鶹ÎÞÂë°æns, to visit the new , developed with funding from the Office of the Governor.

Domestic violence and sexual assault are pervasive and life-threatening crimes facing women, men, children and families at alarmingly high levels. Human services professionals must work to understand the scope of these issues, learn signs to identify potential victims and know the community resources available to assist victims in finding safety and support.

The information and teaching tools available on Choose Respect website are open access and designed to provide the domestic violence and sexual assault resources you need in one central location.
