UAA Justice Center faculty Troy Payne, Ph.D., was a panelist at the recent community forum on "stand your ground" laws in Â鶹ÎÞÂë°æ sponsored by the Anchorage Community Police Relations Task Force and the Anchorage Equal Rights Commission (AERC).
