UAA Army ROTC offers a dynamic program that provides leadership training, physical fitness, and military education. It prepares students for careers as Army officers while completing their degree.
Pathways to Commissioning and Student Success
UAA Army ROTC has two, three, and four-year programs that lead to a commission as an officer. The program is divided into a basic course for freshmen and sophomores and an advanced course for juniors and seniors. Programs and courses can be adjusted to meet specific needs of individual students who wish to enroll but are past their freshman year.
