Arctic Health Science Seminar

The 7th Annual Arctic Health Science Seminar is scheduled to be held on February 2,
2007, at RH 110. It is a Friday so parking is free.
Interested Health Professionals, Students, Researchers, Investigators and Faculty
are encouraged to submit a 300 word abstract to the email below by December 15, 2006
to apply for a fifteen minute presentation slot. The first Albrecht Milan Emerging
Professional Award will be given to the outstanding presenter.
Please join this annual informal opportunity to present your work before Anchorage
based peers, hear the latest in research project development and find multidisciplinary
team members.
A buffet lunch will be available for $10 ($5 for student's with ID) for networking
and the Annual Meeting of the American Society for Circumpolar Health. Plan for an
entire afternoon of presentations, unless there are so many it expands to a morning
start on February 2, 2007.
This years sponsors will be the American Society for Circumpolar Health, Center for
Disease Control and Prevention - Arctic Investigations Program, UAA's Department of
Health Sciences, MPH Program and UAA's Institute for Circumpolar Health Studies
