A 5-week summer residential program for incoming first-time freshmen. Students earn college credit, build necessary skills, connect with peers and learn how to navigate college life.
Students receive both individual and group coaching and guidance to identify barriers to their degree completion and provide support when needed.
All new SSS participants are required to enroll in a first year foundations course that is exclusively designed to equip students for college success
SSS staff assists students in identifying their skill sets and desired lifestyle and connecting them to available degree pathways, through hands on exploration.
SSS offers workshops and experiences designed to develop participant's abilities to navigate college and stand out in the workforce.
